Tara, we honestly can’t thank you enough for everything you did for our wedding last weekend! You were the piece we didn’t know we were missing until you stepped in, and looking back, we can’t imagine the day without you. Even though we’d stretched our budget, having you there was without doubt the best decision we made.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, you kept us organised, shared helpful ideas, and managed all the back-and-forth with our suppliers. On the morning itself, you were our eyes and ears on site, making sure every detail was in place. Real Wedding
Kate & Adam brought us in just a few months before their destination wedding in Uluwatu, Bali — a celebration with plenty of moving parts and a long list of vendors to keep on track. From our first call, it was clear they needed someone to take the reins for the final stretch, ease the pressure, and make sure everything came together smoothly.
As coordinators, our role is to step in ahead of the day, tie up loose ends, manage last-minute logistics, and handle the stream of questions that always surface in the final week.
