• 2 pre-event meetings
• Vendor coordination
• Timeline creation
• On-site lead + assistant coordination (8 h)
• Basic décor setup & teardown
• Day-of vendor payment management
• Unlimited email/phone communication within business hours from the moment of contract signing.
Day-of Coordination
• Up to 8 hours with 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Assistant Coordinator at 1 venue (extra fees will apply if there are more than one venue)

Note: This is a starting price point and the final pricing may adjust according to your guest count, event location, and the extent of services required.
Payment: An initial deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event day.
